How Long Have We Been in Business?
Quaker Windows & Doors began in 1949 in with fewer than 20 employees and has grown for 75 years into a nationwide leader in the window and door industry. We now have two campus locations, and more than 1,600 employees. The best is yet to come!
What Are the Qualifications for a Production Position?
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required, for most positions and 1 year of applicable work experience. A positive attitude and readiness to do your best is strongly desired.
What Is Profit Sharing?
Quaker has a long history of sharing the rewards of our success and recognizes it all comes from the efforts of our team members. Profit sharing bonuses are paid each year to all qualifying full time team members who are active at the time of payment. Profit sharing payouts are based on a percentage of the company’s profitability for that given year. We continue to grow and break sales records year over year, so this is a great way to share that success with our team.
When Do Your Benefits Start?
All regular full-time employees regularly scheduled to work 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in Quaker’s benefits plans. Qualified team members are eligible to participate the first of the month following your first 60 days of employment.
Do You Get Paid Weekly?
Team members are paid bi-weekly.
