Entry Level Production Associate Positions:
  • 1st Shift (Days): $18.63 - $21.52, including work safe/attendance incentive
    • Increase to $18.88 - $21.77 after 60 days
    • Increase to $19.14 - $22.03 after 1 year
    • Additional $.65 per hour if profit sharing is earned
    • Opportunity for advancement after 60 days
  • 2nd Shift (Evenings/Weekends): $20.19 - $23.08, including work safe/attendance incentive
    • Increase to $20.44 - $23.33 after 60 days
    • Increase to $20.70 - $23.59 after 1 year
    • Additional $.65 per hour if profit sharing is earned
    • Opportunity for advancement after 60 days

Profit sharing bonuses are paid each year to all qualifying full time team members who are active at the time of payment. Profit sharing payouts are based on a percentage of the company’s profitability for that given year. We continue to grow and break sales records year over year, so this is a great way to share that success with our team.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT REIMBURSEMENT

Employees at Quaker Windows & Doors are encouraged to prioritize safety in the workplace, and to support this, we offer a safety equipment reimbursement program. This initiative enables our team members to purchase necessary safety gear, such as protective eyewear, or safety shoes and submit their receipts for reimbursement of a portion of the costs. Each year, team members are eligible for up to $80 towards safety steel toe or composite toe shoes, and $60 towards prescription safety glasses. Safety is a team endeavor!
