As a nationwide leader in window & door manufacturing for over 75 years, our employees don’t just “work together” here at Quaker Windows & Doors; we grow, innovate, and succeed together. Our culture is the cornerstone of everything we do, shaping our values, guiding our decisions, and fostering an environment where every team member can thrive.

What Sets Us Apart

Mutual Trust: Quaker values ownership thinking for our employees and believes firmly in open book management. This means we share how the business is doing with our employees daily, weekly, monthly, and annually during team and all employee meetings. We want to make sure our team members understand not only how to do their position, but how the business is doing overall, and give them the opportunity to make real changes to help support our combined success.

Collaboration - Your Voice Matters: We believe in the power of teamwork. Our collaborative environment ensures that every voice is heard, valued, and respected. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and inspire one another to reach new heights. Through our all-employee surveys and all-employee meetings, we gain feedback on ways to continue to improve and collaborate by combining the goals of the company with the voice of our employees.

Growth, Training, & Advancement: Learning never stops at Quaker Windows & Doors. We are committed to providing opportunities for professional development, growth, learning, and advancement. Starting with our mentorship program, and job training on day one, progressing to Career Counseling and Leadership Training through our Quaker University. Quaker invests in our employee’s future development and advancement. If you grow, we grow.

Innovation and Creativity: Innovation is in our DNA. We embrace creativity, encourage out-of-the-box thinking, and empower our team members to turn ideas into reality. Whether it’s finding new solutions to complex problems or revolutionizing the window & door industry, innovation drives everything we do.

Work-Life-Balance: We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between work and life. Our flexible work policies (including paid time off), multiple shift options, supportive leadership, and wellness initiatives ensure that our team members can thrive both personally and professionally.

Giving Back to Our Future: The TMK Memorial Scholarship Fund was created in 2004 in memory of the late Tom Knoll, former co-owner of Quaker. In his honor, each year Quaker offers the Tom M. Knoll Memorial Scholarship for graduating high school seniors who are a current Quaker employee, or are the children of Quaker employees. To date, over $150,000 in scholarships have been given.

At Quaker Windows & Doors, we believe in more than just delivering exceptional products/services we're committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. Our dedication to community involvement is at the heart of our culture, and we're passionate about giving back in meaningful ways.

A Few of the Organizations We Partner with:

  • Habitat for Humanity: Working together with families, local communities, volunteers and partners from around the Mid-Missouri area so that more people are able to live in affordable and safe homes. We volunteer both time and product to multiple Habitat organizations throughout Mid-Missouri.
  • YMCA Outreach Fund: A wonderful program that assists those individuals who cannot afford the regular fees. Helping them to get on the road to a healthier and happier life through exercise and sport.
  • Camp Wonderland: This organization gives children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities the opportunity to attend their unique camp where all activities are adapted so that everyone can participate.
  • CADV – Citizens Against Domestic Violence: This non-profit organization is dedicated to supporting survivors and raising awareness about domestic violence issues. Through donations and an immense network of volunteers, CADV provides crucial resources such as shelter, counseling, and legal assistance to those affected by domestic violence; working tirelessly to promote safety and empowerment within communities across Missouri.
  • Special Learning CenterThis dedicated organization offers a nurturing environment for children with developmental disabilities, providing specialized education and support services. With a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers, they empower children with special needs to reach their full potential in a welcoming community setting. Quaker team members contribute through volunteer efforts and taking part in the annual Capital City Cook-off event to raise funds for the Center.
